30 pin SIMMs

I need me some 30 pin SIMMs, parity or non-parity is fine, prefer -7 or -8 (70 or 80ns).

Best would be: 2Mb 70ns SIMM (2,4 or 6) tested x 2 (or x4 or x6!) - because I know these are definately supported
But would take any that you have, even untested from random bag!

Need it for my T3200SX because WFW311 needs 3Mb for networking and I only has 1Mb :(

Swap for $$$$

I suspect you may be dealing with a proprietary 30 pin SIMM standard. I seem to recall that they were available in 256kB, 1MB, 4MB, and the ultra-elusive 16MB sizes. A quick Google (actually Yahoo) confirms this.

If you are after standard 30pin SIMMs, I've collected a few while trying to repair my PS/2 system - very picky about what memory will and won't work. Many thanks to Terry our SysOp who had what was needed just round the corner. Therefore the collection is now surplus. Stored in antistatic bags in a warm dry environment all the time I've had them. Mostly 1MB, a bunch of other ugly 256kB looking parts in there, almost all 70ns. Mixed gold and tin contacts.

Strewth, if this is what you're after, let me know and you only need to pay for postage.

Awesome, replied to PM.

I'm 50/50 on it being proprietry. I've heard it mentioned, but I've also seen these laptops with what looks like a random mix of 3 and 9 chip SIMMs, so hoping I get lucky.
Will be experimenting with them on the T5200 coming next week with a dead hard disc, and if I have success then will move them on to the T3200SX.
