Wow. Techexpress got a steal there for just $100 - I would have suggested letting that run its course and you'd very likely have seen a much, much higher price given all of the stuff you had there...

However then you'd probably have to also deal with those usual Q's about whether you'd sell separately, are they all tested, can you post everything, can you please list the names of every disk, etc, etc. lol! :lol:

Yes, I probably would have gotten more if I'd let the auction run its course but... the wife was not happy (truly!) about the clutter in the garage (I still have more to sell on the behalf of) and the seller was going to dump it all any way, so $100 is much better than paying our refuse station a fee to take electronic waste of our hands!

lol! Don't worry - I know that one... And I've only got a small pile in the corner (well, half) of a small room. :)

Always a pity to see that happen, but I can understand when there's just no space and the expense/hassle to do anything with it. Sadly I'm far away (Auckland) from all the places where this stuff usually appears (The south Island which seems to be the hub of retro computing in NZ... lol! :wink: ) - which I think my wife is secretly happy about. Haha. :roll:
