Both monitors had blown fuses, I replaced them and now they work.
I think someone had the bright idea of putting 240v into a 110v psu.
The keyboards didn't seem to work properly, but with lots of tapping all keys are find now, probably have dirt build up.
The Apple ][ psu doesn't seem to work, but I have tested it with a spare 240v one and it's fine.
I went to fix the psu but found it has been rivetted, any one have any ideas on how to open it?
