External 5.25 inch floppy drive

Not that exciting by hey... They are not as common as they used to be:

There is something immensely satisfying watching and listening to a robust and well functioning drive being exercised to hell by diagnostic software. Not sure why really, but it just is.

Yep totally understand. I actually have favourite drives just because I like the sound they make.
The whirl of a belt driven Tandon, or the clunk of a slightly over-engineered Shugart are my picks.
