A nice birthday present

I got home last night to find a package waiting for me, sent from the USA from someone I'd never heard of. It turned out to be a birthday present from my sister and brother-in-law in Australia. One of the most thoughtful birthday presents I've ever received!

There's some cracking on the hinges visible from the rear, but otherwise very good condition. Power is 3 x AA batteries, or 6v DC at modest current so power is not a problem.

Nice - when will you be hitting the ATMs? Wasnt this what John Conner used in Terminator, or am I mistaken?

I can't have told enough extended family about my collection. No one's given me anything bar a green screen monitor. I'm more likely to hear from siblings 'you don't need any more stuff', which clearly is something these ears do not need to hear.
I have a physically broken Portfolio (screen/ribbon or something). It's good enough for display and the Terminator reference in my Y2K/Apocalyptic/It's All Going to End side of my collection. I do have the Serial and Parallel interface cards for it and you won't be hacking any ATMs without one of these.
Only a couple of these have flashed by my eyes on trademe and they didn't sell for that much either given their rarity and being 'Atari'.
