Sounds like a good excuse to try out some old database software ;)
I love looking for practical excuses to use my old gear.

Dbase IV?

old-computers.com (which serves pages up at about dial-up speed), it's pretty good for having an on-line and public list of computer, consoles, and pongs. All of which allows other people to search on "whosgotwat" (or some spelling with z's).

Otherwise, googledocs/spreadsheet. That's where I've stuck mine. You can check out the structure at least here:

Let me know if the link doesn't work. I do have a Sinclair ZX Spectrum title that may also do the job.
