Surprised you didn't play this game
"Terry's Big Adventure". Just loaded it up on my C64 - pretty cool!

Gotta love side-scrolling action games. Somehow the epitomise later home 8-bit computers for me.

Another good video. I was a little surprised to see PC Tools instead of XTree. I must go back and check the chronology of these things. I know Xtree was popular by the time of the AT.

Xtree came out April, 1985. PC-Tools is an earlier product I think.
I intend to use Xtree as an example of a file manager when I show off my AT.

My TRS-80 Model 4 stars in its own YouTube video. An all-in-one classic computer. One of my favourite models.

Yes, those games were fun even if they were lo-res and lo-fideility. The first YouTube videos I put up were of games. You can see them from this page if you scroll right down to the bottom (and "Load More"):

Another YouTube video featuring one of my computer rest-home residents. This time the fascinating but regrettably compromised Sinclair QL

Oh yeh, I forgot to post this one a while back - I was curious as to what the translation tools would make of one of your videos. I'd be very worried about how you have pooh-pooh on your keyboards. I guess the flashy interweb and all of its wizz-bang hardware has no respect for its ancestors...
https://www.dropbox.com/s/nipslzil4cmuj7i/Tezza_transcript.jpgIts a pity I couldn't insert this URL into the img tag... Doesn't obviously like something (ie. perhaps just Dropbox blocks direct linking to images)

Actually you did post it. See the first screenlot of this thread.
Yea, whiskey up cop-out and stain did pull strict keyboard sounds dubious at the best of times

As a follow up, there may not be other videos for some time. I'm nowhere near finished the project (at least 14 models still to go) but my video camera broke yesterday as I was filming footage for the Expson QX-10 video.
I'll be asking around and checking Trade Me to see if I can source a replacement. Might take a while.

Ah bugger. I've got a fairly new Sony, have been quite impressed by it (but then it's the only one I've had, so not much of a review)
