No. Only about 50% of them work. I've just read over your article. Nice summer job.

Yes, I wondered if those keys would be ok. Another common problem with 30 year old Lisas!

Just as a side note, I now have all three 400k floppy drives working perfectly. We should preserve that low end mac article before it goes away for good. So now Lisa, and 2x Mac 128s are all go.

Adjustment screw is the ticket!

Indeed. I've kept the old non-working ones, so maybe they can be salvaged as spare parts after all!

Keyboard achievement unlocked!

I'll spin off another repair thread to detail exactly how to fix this style of keyboard (capacitance foam pad keys)

Hi there,

I realise that this is an old thread but I am currently having exactly the same issue with my Apple Lisa; It is somewhat corroded and needs the vinegar and alcohol treatment. I have the two liquids but I don't know how I should go about using them. I noticed you used 50/50 vinegar and water whereas another vintage computer specialist told me just to put it in 100% vinegar for 10 mins. What sort of time did you do to repair yours as would you recommend doing the 50/50 solution?

Thanks,
