Apple IIe CPU and keyboard encoder wanted

Postby tezza on Sat Apr 23, 2011 11:29 pm

Hi, I'm after a working Apple IIe keyboard encoder IC (AY-5-3600 PRO or KR-9600-PRO) and also a 65C02 CPU (not a 6502). Both these ICs are found in the Apple IIe enhanced or platinum.

I'd prefer a straight swap. I've got quite a few Apple 8-bit ICS spare so if you have spares of the above and really want a particular Apple chip, we might be able to help each other.

I've managed to source one keyboard encoder IC, which was the main priority . It means all my Apple IIe varients are up and running (or rather will be when it arrives).

I wouldn't say no to another keyboard encoder and a 65C02 though...just for the spare board. :)

Err..yes. You know that little area at the top of the stars that was the spare part/junk stash? Well some working models have now found there way in there too. Then there is some of my stuff Philip Avery has at his place for me to collect. Gawd, room is certainly becoming an issue.

Also, I might have yet another model to add to the collection soon. Just in negotiations at the moment. I'll let you know if it transpires.
