I think the Apricot PC is the least spectacular of the Apricot models but shall have to do. Apricots I remember as being the coolest looking PC in the 80s. The visual designs then are still ahead of the times now and would happily look in place in any sci-fi movie set.

http://www.old-computers.com/MUSEUM/computer.asp?c=499 says it all, except for there's a roll (I think, or removable?) cover on the case which hides the floppy drives all in the name of style. http://www.actapricot.org/machines/ shows a picture that won't disappear and be replaced with an ad.

Now if I can get just one more to pluralise, I will be able to do an "Apples and Apricots" display.

Okay, a sympathy post (from myself, pity can't post as AC) to bump the reply count.

There is actually another Apricot computer listed at the moment, but it's more modern - a P100.

It's not one of the nicer and older looking ones though which I'm still after, but since I am looking for a second Apricot branded computer it might be my only chance. Otherwise it's a $1 computer for someone to pick up. Sometimes people will post items if you offer an amount higher to justify the effort, but it's a costly bundle to post with a monitor.

Apricot computers were quite innovative in features they brought to the market, not excluding this model, but with this one it is a bit less visible to the eye so maybe it's not museum class for display. The product sheet is as :

Interesting. I didn't realise the apricot brand lasted into the Pentium era.
