Now these don't come up often!

Could have some modifications if that card plugged in at the back is anything to go by.

I see Ron has thrown up $500, I'd have thought that was quite generous, hasn't met reserve yet?

Reserve is a cool grand. But looks like the person selling is open to offers.

At $1000, you could probably get a tested version from overseas.
At $660 for a damaged model that also needs repairs, he deserves it, that is some serious big boy pant money. I hope the owner brings down the prices (or at least give up on the hidden reserve stuff grr)

Can totally understand why he'd want one in his collection - their design is quite unique.

I'm not sure you could get one from overseas. People are reluctant to ship those heavy, awkward machines.

Yes, case damage does devalue computers though. The worse thing is it's always there staring you in the face. I'm hopeless at those sort of repairs. I can fix up the innards sometimes but not the outside. I'd take a nice looking not working computer over a banged up but working machine any day.

On monday i will be dropping the reserve to the current bidding price

Mind you he did make the $100 offer well after bidding $671.

I just got a note from TradeMe that someone accepted the offer, so a Pet has now changed hands.
