Amiga part

Postby Swivel on Wed Jun 19, 2013 3:45 pm

Hello.

Looking for a 23 pin D-sub male connector.

I have one of these

So need the d-sub plug to wire this to (so as to use a lcd screen on my Amiga 1200).

Hope someone might have one.

Going to butcher a 25 pin down to 23 to see if it works.

Have a spare amiga 500 cable but the d-plug only has a few pins (enough for the a500) (but wrong pins for what I want and others blanked on the inside).

Tomo

I will poke around my garage tonight and see if I can find something. I have DB23 cables but not sure if they're male or female.

Well I adjusted a 25 pin d-sub down to a 23 (Oh I feel good).

And it works.

Amiga 1200 playing Arkanoid on a 19" LCD

Put the converter unit into an old External HD case to tidy that up

Good stuff. I've got it's younger half brother, an A600. I see you've got a IDE-CF adapter for A600s/A1200s up for grabs on TM.
