Models like that were used in the 386 era of Toshiba laptops - which are quite picky about IDE drives and those little rubber shock mount things are ideal. I have the 100Mb version CP3104 in the T5200/100.
Speaking of which, if I want a replacement floppy drive for that, $US136, I offered $60, he countered $89.
