Wanted - Commodore branded PC or AMIGA/C64

Hello All!
I am after a vintage Commodore branded PC. Any models such as the PC-1, PC-5, PC-10, PC-20, Colt, but preferably the 486 line (dont know the model designation) etc, working is preferable, but not essential. With the keyboard would be great, but not essential. I am not interested in monitors.
As a side, I am after any Amiga or Commodore 64 hardware too. I find it unlikely, but I would love an Expert cartridge by Trilogic or Action Replay by Datel for the Commodore 64 (I know I can dream :) )
I am in AUS, but for the right gear happy to make the trek across the ditch!

Take care
Ashley

Welcome Ashley,

Hopefully you'll find the Commodore you're looking for. I'm not sure if there ever was a Commodore 486 PC compatible though, was there? I could be wrong but I thought they stopped at the 386 with the PC-50 and PC-60.

Thanks Terry,
You are likely right about the 486! I was selling Commodore Amiga's and some Commdore PC's at Dick Smith way back in the 90's, and I had it in my head it was a 486. Among clones, the Commodore PC's I was selling were fantastic looking machines! I remember selling a Commodore PC with monitor (likely 14") for $2600, and back in 1991/2 for a 17/18 year old, in cash, that was like a million dollars!
It seems they did have a 486 laptop, but not what I was thinking about :)

my first PC was a Commodore PC.. it was a 486sx-25 and i still have it in bits.. but i dunno if it all works... i know the I/O card failed and had to replace that.. and i don't think it came with a sound card.. just had a beeper till i got one of those.. but i still have the commodore branded case and manuals etc. i should try and put it together and see how much of it's working. it's also possible the main-board has been destroyed from leaking battery.

Tower or desktop?

The ESCOM boxen had a couple of different designations depending upon which country you were in

Slimlin('ish) Desktop
C486-25C
C486-33C

FULL (and I MEAN FULL!!!!) Towers
T486-25C (PC70-III)
T486-50C (PC70-III)

I'm not 100% sure the 50MHz PC70-III was ever produced, but I've seen part numbers for it's motherboard.

C486-25C.. isn't low profile or anything. but is a little wider and shorter looking than my second Desktop PC.. or maybe it was 20mhz and was the C486SX-20? i might have to go and have a look.. lol

and i just had a look for the motherboard.. and don't know where it is. might turn up. i'd say its not in very good condition.

The 486 desktop type jiggers if my memory serves right were just standard issue BabyAT inside, and ran generic OEM boards, nothing special. The chassis itself was modelled on much more expensive Commodore models like the Amiga 4000D.

I could be interested in your cartridge if Mr Voyager Enterprise-E isn't interested ;)
