IBM PC XT case
Posted: Mon Jul 14, 2014 1:01 pmAbout two years ago I had an XT which wouldn't start up. I tried diagnostics ROMs etc etc but eventually it became too tricky and I just ordered a replacement.
Then last night, I tried another diagnostics ROM, and the board sprung to life. Maybe my testing was rubbish back then?
I've got spare drives, controllers, MDA cards, screens, bay covers etc to make a full system but I'd like an authentic case to pop it in. Importing one isn't a viable option really.
So if anyone has an IBM 5160 XT case, please let me know. I'm fine with rust, as long as price reflects.
PSU added bonus but not required.
