13W3 to VGA adapter...

I was sure I had one of these kicking around when I moved house, but can't find it so far - about to send for one from China, but I thought I'd ask around first.
Really after an SGI variant, but can reroute the pins on a Sun one if required via an intermediary cable.
..or if you know of a local supplier that can do a 13W3 male plug component for better than $22US (+ shipping...) !

I've kludged up an interim solution by locating a 5 pin coax DB 25 size plug and wrenching out two of the middle connections, and then soldering on the appropriate VGA signal lines for the RGB. And it works! I guess the ancient 15" Philips LCD I connected it to does Sync on Green.
