WTD: Spectrum or TI99

I am trying to bring life to some early 8-bit Commodore boards.
It only needs to be the main board, but needs to be working as I have none of the specialist chips for either machine.
If you want parts in exchange, I have lots of NOS 74LS and some old CPU/IO chips from a closed down repair centre.
