Wanted:-
Atari 65xe,130XE,800Xe Faulty Keyboard for spares.
Or a complete machine that is faulty.

I have an Atari 800Xe with a faulty (Mechanical) # 6 key

The Cap plugs into a ? Slider that makes the contact BUT the Slider ? is Split and gets stuck as i push the key down.
I am trying to find somebody that has a Broken/faulty Atari 800xe keyboard to get just 1 ? slider thing.

I think that the Atari 65XE or the 130XE use the same keyboard.

You would have to be able to Post it to " Williamstown 3016 Victoria Australia "

I have a faulty 130XE keyboard which is faulty (can't remember what was wrong though). It's just the keyboard not the motherboard and case etc.

Although as my 130XE is in piece's from a project I started last year (or the year before ) I will need to finish it and work out which was the faulty keyboard. Should be able to do this tomorrow.

Well this isn't good... I've found one of them which I thought was the faulty one but can't find the other.

I also haven't completed the wiring I need to so I can get the 130 going again sorry.

Once it's going and I have a better hunt for the other keyboard I will let you know.
