Wanted: 6569 VIC-II Chip (or dead C64 breadbin)

Hi. I have an old C64 "breadbin" which I would like to get working again. Its missing the old Vic-II 6569 chip. Somebody obviously fixed another machine and broke this one's heart. :( If anyone has a spare chip or board with a working one that they don't want - free or for sale at a reasonable price, please drop me a reply. I have a couple of C64C machines so I'm not desperate and won't pay heaps for one.

I've got more than a few downed breadbins at the mo, could test the VIC-IIs in my working unit and find one for you. I'll have a dig, see what's in my stash.
Just the local Commodore hobo and middle-aged PC hoarder.
