Afraid I too wouldn't know how to turn that one on.... 
I did see it, thanks for pointing it out. I'd have no idea what it would run as an OS.
How novel though - printer built into the screen. Slap a handle on it and redesign the keyboard so it folded down from in front of the screen and it could be one of the first portable typewriters that requires a shopping trolley to cart it round.
