I think it's an Archimedes, yes?
http://www.trademe.co.nz/computers/vint ... 527337.htmQuite a classic colour scheme with all those red and mushroom coloured keys. Looks in good nick.

Yeah, I think it's the archimedes. Don't remember them using the Archimedes on that BBC program though.

Actually it's both. It is an Archimedes (Acorn 32 bit running RISC OS) but also has a BBC logo on it. It's the last model released with a BBC logo on it but is not BBC micro compartable (without a BBC micro emulator running).
Looks like it's missing a mouse and would require a RGB screen with 9 pin D plug.

Nab it at reasonable price-$35 plus shipping. I've got a spare mouse to use with it if if fires up ok. First thing I'll do is open it up and check the battery though. Worst case senario Ive got a spare fdd for the A410/1 and the keyboard could come in handy as well.
It'd be interesting to see if any upgrades had been done to it. Seems pretty standard though.
Also nabbed that 486-586 upgrade package.
