Hi cjr Could you tell me what happens when you push the power button please, (Does the light come on etc) I have had a range of faulty power switches over the years. If the light does not come on then with appropriate caution (unplugged from power point) measure the resistance across the switch terminals
Probably not the power switch, it was running at the time, something popped and it started squealing. I'd only just repaired the RGB input socket last weekend too. >:| Once upon a time I'd have dived in but I don't have schematics or a scope anymore (nor free time) so finding a replacement is currently the path of least resistance.
