I'm not sure what they're worth, but I think Apple Lisa pins are extremely, perhaps ludicrously rare? So get in quick. Not one for me to bid on. I don't have any story to tell about them.

But I'm sure there is a collectors market for these things if that's what rattles your chain.

I once was sponsored to an Apple conference in Japan in 1992 or so on the back of a hypercard project I led. Pity I still don't have the shirts we were all give to wear. It might be worth a few bucks nowadays!
