See http://www.trademe.co.nz/Computers/Vint ... 475768.htm

I've never seen one of these on Trade me in my four years of looking. Working and only $9 reserve!

Key need the de-yellowing treatment but otherwise it's a vintage gem.

Well, I"ve been back in Dunedin for just a few years now. One of my first trips to the boot sale I got a boxed Colour Computer 2 in pretty mint condition (probably never used except for me turning it on to test). Three years later of weekly visits and it remains to be the only computer that has ever turned up there. *sigh* Serendipity can show a wry smile sometimes.

I haven't seen one either on tm, but in OZ they tend to go pretty cheap (that's when I looked 3 years ago on ebay ) and are at the lowest end of prices for the TRS-80 systems. However, I hope this one goes for heaps :)

Yes, the TRS-80 Cocos don't seem the common here. I guess due to the fact that, unlike Australia, we never had Radio Shack outlets.
