is that a mfm/rll card and not a fdd and ide card??? it would say alot about the smoking or is the cable the right way around.. there were 5.25 to 3.5 adapters around. or get a dual 3,5 & 5.25 cable

Its works. :D
My direct connect electric was "little problem",but now both drives working.
If try via ide controller card both floppy drives work same time.
So ide controller is not problem now,but that machine manual is.
HDD works that ide controller very good.

Thanks advice LS120

np, the 2 drives working at same time will be the drive set as drive-1 and drive-2 as both should be drive -0 or 1 and the twist makes one B and other A

Sorry little confusions.
I mean direct connect to motherboard not controller card.
I know that twisted cables very well how its works.
Now 1.2Mb floppy drive is A and 1.44Mb floppy drive is B same cable.
And that way machine works ok.
But that ISA controller is the problem.
If 1.2Mb floppy drive is direct connect to motherboard and other cable connect to ISA controller then both drivers works same time.
Example:Type a: or b: in dos both drivers works same time.
And ISA controller card is two choice floppy.Enable or disable.
And why that machines is two BIOS.Jumpers selecting?
Anyway very interesting machine.

"And why that machines is two BIOS"

If you're asking why it has two ROM chips on the motherboard, here's a basic explanation.

286's are 16 bit, so the BIOS is written in 16 bit words, which are usually split up as "High" and "Low" on two 8 bit EPROM chips.
It's only one BIOS, but split in half so the machine can read it two bytes at a time, very common on 286 and 386 machines.
