on another area, the bondwell-14 case is not in very good condition and im thinkig of painting it as close as i could get the original colour..
the bondwell-16 case is very yellow so still wondering ... may paint it as well...

I have a Bondwell 16 in storage, awaiting restoration, so I'm following this thread with interest.
Mine came with a couple of boxes of diskettes but I don't know whether anything can be recovered from them. They look in a pretty bad state. And I don't actually have a working 5.25" drive at present.

Disks in poor visual condition can be washed to remove fungi and loose media. Amazingly this often results in 100% recovery, and the disk can be used successfully, if put in a new, non-mouldy jacket.
Are Bondwell 16 disks (they are CP/M 3.0 disks, yes?) archived on the Internet anywhere? If not, and you are prepared to wash them, I'm happy to make IMD images of them for posterity.
PM me if interested.
