I knew Z80s were still made but I didn't realise this was true of the 6502. Good find.

Yep. Bill Mensch set up WDC after getting fed up with Commodore politics I believe, but he's continued development of the 6502 since then. Good to see they're still around!

You need to visit 6502.org more often.

They aren't quite the same as 6502, I think one of the pins needs to be pulled up/down, and the illegal instructions don't work.
