Software distributed electronically software on demand

I bought an Amiga game from drsponge (or maybe it's one he threw in, I can't remember) called Chariots of Wrath from publisher Energize.

It's one of those games that wasn't very good, not heard of, rather budget, and probably not many people had.
The case is original, but the floppy disc for the game I'm not sure is original. It says on a label:
SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED ELECTRONICALLY
TITLE:
MACHINE:
PUBLISHER:
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED FOR COPYRIGHT DETAILS SEE INLAY.
and 'Chariots of Wrath' and 'Amiga' are pen written and a logo of a red triangle

Okay, I guess you get where I'm going with my ascii art.
What does all that mean? Has anyone seen anything like that? Do you think it's just how the company distributed their sofware and labelled the floppy disc, or could there be something more sinister like a pirated game or company distributing copies?
