I think it might that me another week or two of 'ahem' testing before this unit is ready for listing on trademe

Yes, you get the same kind of thing on some TRS-80 Model 1 16k games when the cassette out line is plugged into a speaker. No sound chips...all done in software...all in assembly language. Amazing.

I had a gander at the Apple IIe international

Its an above average condition example, no scratches and no uneven yellowing, in fact very little yellowing at all!

Has colour composite monitor which has the usual slightly geometry destortions that these monitors have after 30 years

No vivid pen or soldering iron engravings that these often have.

I'm not sure, I'm trying to slow my collecting illness, put it this way; if I see that the bids are well below market value I will feel inclined to pull the trigger ;-) you know how TM works ;-)

Don't forget to *cough*test karateka ;-)

Karateka is a real challenge on play on a zip-chip'd IIe, wickedly fast!
