EPROM Programmers

I've read Terry's article, which was a good intro.

Does anyone else have any opinions on EPROM programmers? It seems the Batronix BT32 is popular. Any reason to get the BT40 (40 Pin) that people can think of?

I'm using a Willem clone - PCB35 and PCB50. They're the cheapest, but I've found them very frustrating to use**. If I was going to buy another, I'd go with the model Terry suggested just because I know it worked well for him.

Although my focus has been on affordable, so I have no idea about those higher quality models. If I was buying a higher quality model, I'd make sure it had an external power supply (not just USB) - that's the only thing I can add. Remember to grab a UV eraser as well.

** voltage regulation is poor
** often have to manually tune it depending on current draw of EPROM during programming
** it's not in a box
** have to set something like 10 switches when I change chip type
