Anybody able to program an EPS448 or SAM448 chip?
Posted: Thu Jun 14, 2018 4:08 pmI'm wondering if anybody has an old Universal Programmer that can program the EPS448 Microsequencer chip from Altera (Circa early 90's), or the equivalent SAM448 from WSI? I have some vintage programmers that go a long way back, but unfortunately they don't seem to do this particular chip and I have an urgent need to program them.
Some of the Data I/O brand models that will handle this (with appropriate software and hardware pods/sockets) are listed here -

While I can probably find something eventually on ebay, etc. I don't want to have to spend a fortune plus freight and then have to chase adaptors, etc.
