I Own an Atari 800xl with tape and disk drives with lots of games..but my disk drive isnt going ..no power when i plug it in..tried switching sockets etc..any suggestions?

I'd test your PSU - get a Multimeter (you can get them fairly cheap) and make sure its actually outputting something... That would likely be your first option as its possible that is the issue. Otherwise there are some talented electronics-savvy people on this forum (me, I'm in the noob territory in that respect) that may be able to help out. There's a great little community here that are always more then happy to help.
