Alan Gilchist items on Trade Me

Postby tezza on Thu Jan 31, 2013 9:40 pm

Some of the early members on this forum might remember Alan Gilchrist. Alan kept the collectors list before I did, and up until a few years ago had a "Commodore museum" of sorts.

Alan is in poor health and is selling the remaining bits and pieces of his stock on Trade Me. His name there is museum2. Here are his current listings
http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listin ... mber=13233 . He asked me to let others know about these sales hence this post. If you want to email Alan about any of the gear he is selling his email is gilchrist@orcon.net.nz.

I'm not sure. Best email Alan if you want to know more details.

Suffice to say Alan is keen for this material to go to collectors rather than end up in a landfill when he's gone.

Woah, loads of interest in the ICs. Not sure I want to get into bidding wars with the parties already involved so I'll just have to heckle them if I need any of the discrete logic type stuff :)

Definitely want the service stuff though.
Just the local Commodore hobo and middle-aged PC hoarder.
eisa on Trademe. A lasting reminder of a Compaq fetish when I was younger.
